What you'll be doing as an Import/Export Coordinator:

  • Owning end-to-end coordination of time-critical shipments working nights
  • Managing jobs from booking through to delivery (including customs clearance)
  • Working closely with customers, hauliers, and internal teams
  • Handling Import & Export shipments from start to finish
  • Monitoring KPIs and ensuring top-tier service delivery
  • Resolving operational challenges quickly and efficiently
  • Supporting business growth through client engagement and follow-ups
  • Managing invoicing and keeping an eye on profitability

What we're looking for in an Import/Export Coordinator:

  • Experience in time-critical / express logistics
  • Working knowledge of import & export customs procedures
  • Familiarity with Boxtop and Sequoia (highly desirable)
  • Must have AOG, NFO, OBC and dedicated transport experience
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet
  • Confidence using systems (Excel, CRM, operational platforms)
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great service and comfortable working nights
