As an Enforcement Agent youll be visiting properties to recover outstanding debts on behalf of our clients. You will be negotiating and setting up payment arrangements, completing paperwork and visit reports, Identifying vulnerable individuals and signposting to support. You will be responsible for managing your own territory and daily workload.
And above all, you will be representing a trusted name in ethical enforcement!

Individuals with backgrounds in police, military, bailiff, prison, or debt collection, a confident communicator who can adapt to any situation, resilient, calm, and able to defuse difficult conversations, comfortable working evenings/weekends to maximise your reach and your bonus!
You will also have;
A full manual UK driving licence (max 3 points)
No unsettled CCJs, IVA, or bankruptcy
As a Enforcement Agent, youll be enrolled into our Enforcement Training Academy, where youll be paid while learning. Well give you the tools, training, and behavioural insight you need to thrive in the role and support you every step of the way.
In return for your skills and experience you can expect a generous basic salary of between £25,400 £27,365 with a realistic OTE of £30,000 £60,000. Company car, fuel card & expenses, Paid training + qualification as a Certificated Enforcement Agent, 29 days holiday (including bank hols) rising with service, Pension, life assurance, eye care, and EAP, Employee rewards portal + on-demand pay access!

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours/week), and youll need to be flexible with working hours evenings and weekends included.
