Our operations facility manages the full supply chain — from preparing and manufacturing products to packing, warehousing, purchasing, and dispatch.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a small, friendly team to produce and prepare our product range for customers. The role is varied, with opportunities to learn different processes and rotate between tasks.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Weighing and portioning raw materials and blending mixes according to clear recipe instructions
- Packing products and preparing pallets for shipment
- Loading/unloading deliveries, warehouse storage, and dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Completing production records and reporting any issues
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
The Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Flexible and adaptable — willing to learn new tasks and processes
- Reliable, with good attention to detail and a focus on quality
