Electrical Engineering Manager Location: Boulby Mine, Saltburn The Role This is a unique opportunity to lead an engineering team at the world’s only polyhalite mine. As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of critical assets. The role is multidisciplinary and will cover both electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines. You will manage large-scale engineering operations and lead a skilled team of around 100 professionals. You will be responsible for significant OPEX budgets and support the team in developing capital investment plans. Your leadership will directly impact safety, productivity, and the adoption of best-in-class maintenance and engineering practices in a heavy industrial environment. This is a high-profile position within the mine, reporting to the Head of Engineering, and offers a chance to shape long-term strategy while driving immediate improvements in asset reliability, safety and efficiency.
