About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of a small team responsible for planning and executing events. If you are an experienced Event Marketing professional with a track record of developing strategy, understanding your audience and delivering results, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear marketing strategy for our events that focuses on delegate and sponsorship revenue targets and aligns with our broader corporate vision.
- Analyse and report on the success of our campaigns and focus our resources effectively.
- Oversee the workload of two marketing executives and help coach and develop them.
- Champion data strategy to generate a constant flow of new and relevant contacts.
- Brief and allocate resources for the telesales team to drive bookings.
- Collaborate with internal and external designers on the design and production of marketing materials.
- Leverage value from the editorial and product management teams to drive content marketing initiatives.
- Utilize social networking channels innovatively to generate traffic and increase event awareness.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple campaigns while managing stakeholders.
- Experience in creating messaging, writing high-quality copy, and proofing content.
