Stratosphere Quality is seeking a versatile leader to oversee project operations and manage our Newmarket warehouse. This hybrid role combines project supervision with hands-on warehouse leadership, including forklift operation, inventory management, and team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead project setup and day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safety compliance.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures.
- Ensure teams meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage customer relationships and communicate project and warehouse updates.
- Foster a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- On-the-job training provided.
- 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Experience in warehouse operations and forklift certification required.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
- Positive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
