The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The purpose of this role is to provide junior (paralegal level) legal project management support on litigation matters, in particular, largescale litigation matters and group actions.
The firm currently has one Legal Project Manager ("LPM"), who supports the litigation team. The LPM works alongside legal teams on matters, managing non-legal aspects and implementing/streamlining processes to drive efficiencies, both internally and for the client. This role is to provide support to the current LPM in this work.
Main Responsibilities
Legal project management support on litigation matters
The primary focus of this role is to provide legal project management support on litigation matters. Types of tasks will include:

Implementation and management of technological solutions, such as HighQ and specialist group action management tools.

Creation and management of trackers, e.g. cost, budget and workstream trackers etc.

Collation and management of data, e.g. survey responses, contact lists etc.

Creation and management of matter task lists and deadlines.
-
Organisation and management of documents and filing structures.
-
Preparing first drafts of reports and updates to clients and other third parties, such as funders and insurers.

Liaising with third parties regarding non-legal matters.
Broader contribution
The role also includes working with the current LPM in:

Considering legal project management solutions and strategy.

Training our lawyers on legal project management.

Promoting legal project management across the firm.

Business development activities, including writing articles and case studies.

Building strong and trusted relationships within the firm; spanning both legal and business services teams across a range of seniorities.

Working with and supporting the wider innovation team.
