Responsibilities

  • ComplĂ©ter avec succès les programmes de formation pour dĂ©velopper une expertise dans les produits du Talent Cloud d’iCIMS et dans l’industrie du recrutement.
  • Collaborer avec nos Ă©quipes Account Management et Professional Services pour comprendre les objectifs commerciaux, les dĂ©fis, la stratĂ©gie d’embauche, la stack technologique, etc.
  • Tirer parti de Gainsight et des plateformes d’analyse pour comprendre l’adoption des solutions par les clients, la santĂ© globale du compte, et dĂ©velopper une comprĂ©hension approfondie grâce aux donnĂ©es.
  • Participer Ă  des revues stratĂ©giques avec les clients pour Ă©laborer et mettre Ă  jour des plans de rĂ©ussite mutuelle alignant les objectifs commerciaux avec une stratĂ©gie d’acquisition de talents efficace.
  • Adopter une approche consultative, porter la voix du client en matière de support et de produit, et guider les clients tout au long du parcours de rĂ©solution.
  • Garantir une santĂ© et une confiance exceptionnelles chez les clients, en maintenant un taux Ă©levĂ© de renouvellement.
  • Établir des relations avec les parties prenantes de niveau C pour mener des conversations stratĂ©giques sur les insights, KPI, la valeur et le succès global.

Qualifications

  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication en anglais et en français, Ă  l’écrit comme Ă  l’oral.
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expĂ©rience dans un rĂ´le en contact avec le client, responsable du succès et des renouvellements dans un environnement SaaS ou en Talent Acquisition avec gestion de la stack technologique.
  • Passion pour aider les clients Ă  rĂ©soudre des problĂ©matiques commerciales avec des solutions technologiques avancĂ©es.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  utiliser les donnĂ©es et analyses pour crĂ©er des insights pratiques et Ă©laborer des plans stratĂ©giques.
  • ExpĂ©rience dans l’établissement de relations Ă  plusieurs niveaux hiĂ©rarchiques pour aligner objectifs commerciaux et stratĂ©gie technologique.
