We are seekinga highly motivated Senior Equity Trader to join our team.

We are a Singapore-based fund management company managing a long-term investmentstrategy focused on constructive engagement with Japanese portfolio companies.

As a core memberof the execution desk, you will be responsible for executing trades in Japanesecash equities, equity swaps, foreign exchange (FX), and related instruments.

You will work closely with the investment and operations teams to ensureefficient trade execution, effective risk management, and seamless post-tradeprocesses.

The role requires strong market knowledge,, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced investment environment whilemaintaining the highest standards of execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Trading& Execution * Execute buy and sell orders for Japanese cash equities, equity swaps, foreign exchange (FX), and related instruments across on-exchange and off-exchange markets using algorithmic trading platforms. * Manage trade execution, order flow, and execution timing to minimize market impact and transaction costs while achieving best execution. * Monitor market news, corporate announcements, and real-time market movements to support timely and informed trading decisions. * Prepare and report weekly trading activity and portfolio updates to the investment team and management. * Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, executing regular performance reviews and ensuring efficient trade execution and market access.

Collaboration& Analysis * Partner closely with portfolio managers and research analysts to convert investment decisions into execution strategies. * Conduct post-trade analysis and evaluate algorithm performance to continuously refine execution quality.

Risk, Operations & Compliance 1.

Work closely with the operations team and brokers to resolve trade discrepancies, settlement issues, and trade confirmation exceptions in a timely manner. 2.

Monitor trading activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, best execution standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. 3.

Maintain accurate trading records and support internal, compliance, and regulatory reporting as required. 4.
