This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Future Talent team, primarily to oversee the smooth running of the apprentice and graduate training programmes, but also to focus (when required) on the upskilling of existing staff to enable them to gain a professional qualification.

You will play a key role in developing the capabilities of our talent aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a diverse range of employees are retained and supported to reach their full potential. You will collaborate with Senior Leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance Directors, external training partners, and programme coordinators to ensure our programmes align with UK/EME strategy and business needs. This role involves travel within the UK and overnight stays when required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience at programme manager level within a Learning & Development team
  • Experience in training programme design
  • Experience in organizing and running events
  • Experience in facilitation and delivering presentations
