We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in London, to deliver IT transformation projects. This role combines Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities, with a strong focus on data-driven project delivery. Knowledge of data platforms and medallion architecture are essential, as is demonstrable experience of working in agile teams.

This role sits at the heart of collaboration across the business, bringing together business leaders and technical delivery teams. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with your stakeholders, working closely with them to shape application roadmaps that align technology investment with their evolving needs. At the same time, you’ll be hands-on within agile teams—actively contributing to Scrum ceremonies and partnering with the Scrum Master and delivery team to keep momentum and deliver meaningful outcomes.

You’ll bring a naturally curious mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how the business operates. Comfortable working across both strategic and delivery-focused activities, you’ll combine strong stakeholder management with a pragmatic, hands-on approach—confidently guiding delivery and overseeing third-party partners where needed.

Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Establish strong working relationships with business leaders and work with them to develop a technology roadmap, aligning projects to support the growth plans of the business.
  • Undertake analysis of proposed projects, producing business cases and business requirements documents.
  • Lead delivery of projects, managing resources (internal & external) and budgets to ensure timely delivery and business benefits realisation.
  • Work closely with vendor, business, and QA resources to ensure the quality of system implementations and changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, working with in-house Data Quality & Data Governance teams and the business.
  • Work alongside Data modelling and Reporting teams to drive improvements in internal & client reporting and data analytics.
  • Manage external parties, including software vendors and outsource service providers. Perform regular reviews of vendor capabilities and maintain a current view of alternative offerings in the marketplace.

Key Requirements/Qualifications

Essential:

  • 8 years+ in asset management, private assets, or other buy-side investment firm.
  • Experience in leading project delivery and achieving business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work within Agile Scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of data platforms and medallion architecture.

Desirable:

  • Private Equity / Private Credit.
  • PE Secondaries.
  • Real Estate / Infrastructure.
  • ESG / Sustainability.
  • Contract reviews & commercial negotiation experience.
