ICG Real Estate manages ~${\'~\'}10bn AUM across both credit and hard assets. The team is primarily based in London but also has small teams in Paris and NY. We are actively deploying capital and have internal teams dedicated to sourcing, underwriting, financing and managing the portfolio. ICG Real Estate is actively growing, expanding into new markets and asset classes. As a graduate, you will gain a better understanding of real estate as an asset class and participate in a dynamic growth story, with rotations across real estate debt and equity teams.
Responsibilities
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Market research
- Competitive analysis
- Development of investment committee presentations
- Assistance in the execution of transactions
- Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
- The role will include rotations in the real estate debt & equity team
Qualifications
- A demonstrated ability to write effectively
