Summary of our opportunity

You will be responsible for performing a broad range of analytical duties to support the firm's Private Equity Secondary investment activities. Your responsibilities will include financial modelling and analysis, deal structuring, preparation of investment committee memos and presentation materials and in-depth research and analysis of industries and markets.

You will be involved in the whole life-cycle of investment process, from sourcing to closing and monitoring. You will provide the analytical support required for the investment decision-making process and be involved in the closing process as well as assist in the monitoring of the portfolio. Over time, you will be expected to take on new responsibilities and a leadership role in transactions.

This position demands excellent analytical insight and secondary private equity modelling skills, strong communication capability, as well as extensive industry networking and outreach. You must thrive in a team-based environment that demands perseverance and creativity in sourcing transactions and on gathering and analysing information. You will also need to have the ability to balance multiple tasks, and to work effectively in a global cross-border team.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience of:

  • Financial Modelling and Analysis
  • Degree from a well-regarded institution, preferably in a quantitative discipline
