Role Overview
We\’re looking for a motivated and efficient Property Assistant to support the Residential Sales team.
The successful candidate will be required to use email, answer telephone calls, and deal with walk-in enquiries in an efficient and professional manner. You will also conduct viewings, so a driving licence and access to a car are necessary.
Hours: Saturday 9am – 4pm, with the opportunity for additional hours based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients in the office
- General office administration including filing, updating brochure displays, post, and brochure mail outs
- Ensure brochure folders are kept replenished
- Register applicants onto the database (Reapit); training will be provided
- Arrange pitch and viewing appointments
- Conduct viewings
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
