Role Overview
Savills provides a full suite of energy and sustainability services across both the built and natural environments. Savills Earth is expanding rapidly, currently numbering 84 staff, making it one of the UK's largest Energy & Sustainability consultancies. We help create organizational culture, strategies, and direction to maximize positive contributions to society and the environment, advising on transparency and governance to validate and celebrate commitments to sustainability.
Established in Autumn 2024, Savills Earth Capital Advisors (SECA) is a corporate finance advisory team focused on the energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors. We are seeking a graduate to join us from September 2025. We are recruiting a Graduate Analyst to work with the full SECA team, supporting the execution of opportunities and firm-wide marketing activities.

Team Overview
The SECA team raises money for companies and projects in the energy transition. We combine full-service financial advisory with deep sector expertise and a strong renewables network to unlock funding for business growth. Our services include:
- Acquisitions & Divestitures: Strategic advice on asset sales and acquisitions for value realization and portfolio building
- Project finance: Helping clients secure funds for project build-outs
- M&A: Facilitating transactions across renewable technologies
- Asset valuations: Understanding key value drivers
- Financial modelling: Developing detailed, bank-grade models for M&A and debt deals
- Due diligence: Assessing risks and opportunities
- Debt Advisory: Structuring debt solutions tailored to needs
- Growth Equity: Securing funds to fuel growth in the cleantech sector
The team leverages Savills' expertise in land and real estate, focusing on renewable and energy transition technologies, including solar, storage, wind, hydro, energy efficiency, and renewable heat, as well as opportunities in the built environment. Our work in cleantech spans fundraising for growth-stage companies across digital tech, infrastructure, and engineering innovations.
