We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join The Hub Property Services team on a fixed-term basis supporting a Maternity Cover.
The job involves answering inbound calls from tenants, reporting repairs, managing estate-related matters, and coordinating property compliance services for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties within Savills Rural & Projects Division. Additional administrative duties related to property management are also part of this role.

Team Overview
The team comprises 20 members, including a Head of Property Services, Operations Manager, service delivery managers, a Deputy Service Delivery Manager, a data analyst, and 14 Customer Service Advisors based in Peterborough.
