Job Summary: The Resourcing Consultant is instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting highly skilled healthcare professionals for placement in the country or region you are allocated. Utilising your extensive knowledge of the specialties required by your brand within the healthcare landscape or your exceptional sourcing and relationship-building skills, the role provides a valuable contribution to our vision of improving patient care globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships with Candidates: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences. Match candidates to the most suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and aspirations.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Source, screen, and select suitable candidates for temporary nursing positions in healthcare facilities. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Interviews and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and experience. Evaluate candidates' compatibility with the requirements of the roles and the culture of the healthcare facilities.
  • Network Development: Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health workers, and other relevant candidates. Ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates is available to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities. Posting accurate advertisements on job boards and platforms to maintain a flow of new candidates.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Facilities: Work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs, requirements, and preferences. Provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility.
