Your role will help us tell our story across external and internal communications, elevating ICG’s brand and building relationships with clients, shareholders and other stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Research, create, and edit written and visual content in collaboration with ICG colleagues, creative agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Publish content to ICG’s internal communications platforms and its external owned and shared channels.
  • Measure, monitor, and optimise content and channel performance for key human audiences and artificial intelligence.
  • Build connections and working relationships with colleagues across ICG to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Contribute to wider ICG Corporate Affairs work, including client communications, media relations, public affairs, events, awards, and issues management.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to others within the business, delivering high‑standard work.

Key Requirements / Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in communications or corporate affairs roles (global business, agency, government, or charity).
  • Excellent written and spoken English with keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking, self‑starter, formulation of broader context and sound judgement.
  • Team player equally comfortable working alone; strong organisational skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; Microsoft Copilot 365 or similar AI LLM; Wordpress, FirstUp, SharePoint or similar web/intranet CMS.
  • Professional social media use and ability to advise on organisation‑level usage.
  • Basic Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Acrobat); basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Analyst: 2‑5 years (global communications or corporate affairs). Associate: 4‑10 years.
  • Undergraduate degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent.
