An established, independent estate agency is launching a brand new office in the Lyde Green area and is looking for a driven Sales Valuer to help build market presence in a fast growing community. This is a great role for someone confident in winning instructions and generating new business, with the pace and ambition to thrive in a start up branch environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out market appraisals and secure new instructions for sale
- Generate new business and build strong relationships across the local community
- Maintain high service standards and ensure internal processes are followed consistently
- Drive performance and lead by example through professionalism and energy
What You Will Need:
- Proven experience in residential sales with a track record against targets
- Confident, polished communication skills on the phone and face to face
- Tenacity, resilience, and strong problem solving ability
- Leadership qualities and the ability to influence and motivate others
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and numeracy
- Full UK driving licence and your own car
- Ideally living within around 30 minutes of the Lyde Green area
Package:
- Commission structure includes a mix of individual and pooled team performance, plus financial services referrals
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
