An established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Buckinghamshire is looking for a confident and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. Based from a beautifully fitted modern office, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property career within a supportive and professional environment.

This is a varied role with a strong focus on residential sales, whilst also supporting the lettings side of the business when required. Valuations experience would be an advantage, however it is by no means essential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Managing residential property sales from enquiry through to completion
  • Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants
  • Supporting with some lettings duties when needed
  • Assisting with business generation and identifying new opportunities
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within estate agency is essential
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Well presented, organised and target driven
  • Valuations experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Able to work well within a fast paced team environment
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
Working hours
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 4pm
