Working Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY (No Weekends). After the 6 month probation period, 1 day per week working from home. 1 day per week focused on carrying out instructions.
About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a busy and growing property team in Alton. This role would suit either an experienced Property Manager or a trainee looking to build a long term career within residential property. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties while also supporting with lettings related duties as part of the wider role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
- Handling maintenance issues and arranging repairs
- Liaising with contractors and monitoring works through to completion
- Carrying out property related administration and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Supporting with inspections and property instructions
- Assisting with lettings duties where required
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous property management experience required or very transferable skills
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Professional and proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence required
- Own car required
