We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a market leading independent estate agency based in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with estate agency, lettings, property or sales experience looking to join a well established and highly respected business covering Berkshire and Middlesex. The company has built a strong reputation within residential lettings, property management and estate agency services, offering excellent career progression, ongoing training and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching tenants to suitable rental properties
- Carrying out property viewings across Maidenhead and surrounding areas
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move in
- Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Working closely with the wider sales and property management teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or within a customer facing sales role preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and motivated attitude
- Professional and well presented
- Ability to work within a fast paced estate agency environment
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
What’s on Offer
- £26,000 basic salary
- £35,000 On Target Earnings
- Monday to Friday working
- Every other Saturday with a day in lieu
