Senior Sales Negotiator looking to join a well-established and highly respected estate agency in one of the South West's most beautiful coastal locations?

Our client is seeking an ambitious property professional to join their successful residential sales team in Ilfracombe.

Whether you're an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for your next challenge or already operating at Senior Sales Negotiator level, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a supportive and successful business.

Experience carrying out property valuations would be advantageous but isn't essential, as full support and training can be provided.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, negotiating offers, conducting viewings and helping to generate new business.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships within the local community.

For candidates with valuation experience, there will also be opportunities to carry out market appraisals and win new instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
  • Progress sales through to completion
  • Generate new business through prospecting and relationship building
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local clients
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
  • Carry out property valuations and market appraisals (if experienced)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey

About You

  • A minimum of 1–2 years' experience within residential estate agency is essential
  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Property valuation experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident building relationships and generating new business
  • Organised, motivated and target driven
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential
  • You must live within approximately a 30-minute commute of Ilfracombe
