The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) with a realistic OTE £40,000 - £50,000. Monday - Friday, every Saturday with a day in lieu.

Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join an award-winning estate agency and experienced lettings team.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Landlords.
  • Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to.

The right candidate will be:

  • Ideally have at least 1 year’s experience in the property industry.
  • Possess a can-do attitude, ability to close a deal, great attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and develop.
