An established and highly successful independent estate agency is looking for an experienced Sales Progression Manager to lead and develop its Sales Progression team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor, Sales Progression Team Leader or Sales Progression Manager looking to take ownership of a key department within a growing business.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from offer through to completion while leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
- Lead, coach and develop the Sales Progression team
- Oversee residential property sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Monitor the sales pipeline and proactively resolve issues
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and branch teams
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting across the pipeline
- Improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every transaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Residential Sales Progression
- Experience managing or mentoring a team is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple property transactions simultaneously
