ICF provides the UK Government with expert support in the design and delivery of process, impact and economic evaluations, helping decision-makers to understand what works, with what impact and why. For these roles, expertise in the design and delivery of high quality evaluation services is more important than the policy domain experience. That said, we are particularly keen to receive applications from candidates with experience in policies relating to The environment, nature and climate change The marine environment and fisheries Food, farming and the countryside Successful candidates will have: Experience of the design and/or delivery of evaluations in the UK. Strong methodological credentials and familiarity with the Magenta Book and Green Book, and government research and publication protocols. Sound analytical and research skills. Good team-working skills. The ability to communicate clearly in written English. Prior experience in a consulting environment would be an advantage but we also welcome applicants with backgrounds in academia, government and non-governmental employment.
