ICF is seeking Senior Consultants to join the water policy team within our UK environmental policy practice. You will support evaluations of water governance, finance mechanisms and policy delivery across the UK; contribute to programme design and strategic analysis for Defra and other clients. You'll apply qualitative and quantitative methods, data science and economic analysis to evidence-based policy outputs, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and help develop proposals, grants.
