Why this role matters: As a Marketing Manager, Insurance Solutions, you’ll shape how ICEYE’s insurance offerings are positioned and communicated to the global market. You will translate complex satellite and analytics capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, and brokers. Your work will drive awareness, engagement, and demand for ICEYE’s solutions while enabling sales teams and partners to clearly articulate the value of real-time satellite intelligence across the insurance lifecycle.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the marketing strategy for ICEYE’s Insurance solutions in alignment with commercial objectives.
- Own the integrated campaign roadmap and content calendar for the insurance vertical, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
- Define target segments and personas across the insurance value chain and tailor messaging to their specific needs and decision processes.
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
- Develop high-quality marketing content, messaging, and narratives that translate complex satellite and analytics capabilities into clear value propositions.
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and collateral that support the insurance sales team.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns that support ecosystem growth.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline impact, using data to continuously refine messaging and marketing strategy.
What we’re looking for:
Must haves:
- 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong focus on marketing strategy, planning, and content-driven demand generation.
- Experience working with the insurance sector or marketing technology and data solutions to insurance audiences.
- Proven ability to create compelling content around complex topics such as climate risk, catastrophe events, underwriting, claims, or advanced analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including web, email, social, events, and partner programs.
- Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and marketing teams.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a global, fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
Nice to haves:
- Experience marketing satellite data, geospatial analytics, or advanced data solutions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience working with partner marketing programs or ecosystem-based go-to-market strategies.
