The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for parts runs, maintaining tools and equipment and helping in the warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact to be dispatched to run specialty parts to a job site. (Company vehicle will be used)
- Maintain inventory of all tools and equipment
- Maintain equipment if needed or send to appropriate vendor
- Cycle counting warehouse and technician vehicles if needed
- Pulling vehicle material reports and performing daily replenishment
- Inspects, verifies and accepts all deliveries according to policy
- Great attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with technicians and other team members
- Restocks supplies and inventory; places orders as needed
- Record and return defective items
- Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping
- Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Clean Driving Record is a must
- Proficient with inventory control systems
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Occasional lifting above shoulders.
- Must be able lift up to 50 pounds.
- Indoor and outdoor warehouse environment.
