  • Earning Potential: Pay range of $72,000 - $150,000. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $150,000+ OTE!

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades.
  • Valid EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and operate efficiently and safely.
  • Strong communication skills— both verbal and written.
  • Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and tools.
  • Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching.
