What You Bring to the Team (Basic Qualifications)
- 1+ years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
- Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real‑world scenarios
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
- Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
What we’d love to see (Preferred Qualifications)
- HVAC Diploma/Certification(s) from recognized trade/technical college
- 1+ year’s experience using dispatch and job management systems (ServiceTitan strongly preferred)
