The Lead Ducting Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of duct-related services, including providing accurate estimates, performing repairs, implementing modifications, and overseeing complete home re-ducting projects. - Duct Cleaning Expertise: Perform comprehensive assessments of residential HVAC and dryer ducts, ensuring system efficiency through routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, clearly explain the benefits of recommended services and products, and contribute to generating referrals and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of duct-related services and overall business success.
- Organization and Inventory: Maintain clean and organized job sites and ensure the service truck is well-stocked with necessary tools and materials for efficient operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training, morning meetings, trade shows, and company retreats to stay informed on industry trends and enhance professional skills.
- Documentation: Accurately complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner, maintaining alignment with company standards.

- Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, indoors and outdoors.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
