What You’ll Do:
- Lead the installation of HVAC systems and furnaces in residential homes—ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Train and mentor Install Apprentices to become top-performing HVAC pros
- Install ductwork, thermostats, and components with professionalism and precision
- Build trust and rapport with customers—create a 5-star experience that leads to referrals
- Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to ensure smooth job flow
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and keep your truck fully stocked
- Accurately complete all job-related paperwork, reports, and time tracking
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and retreats—we grow together
- Show up, gear up, and lead by example—your on-site presence matters
What You Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):
- 3+ years direct install experience of HVAC systems, tools (vacuum pumps, recovery machines, refrigerant gauges, etc), codes, and installation techniques
- Proven ability to complete full system installs in one day/shift
- 3+ years experience metal fabrication in the field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—you lead with clarity and confidence
- Comfortable reading blueprints and understanding job specs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in tight, physically demanding spaces and extreme weather conditions
- 2+ years working with and developing apprentice technicians
