Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Duct Cleaning and Indoor Air Quality Services
- Perform residential air duct cleaning services according to company standards.
- Perform dryer vent inspections and cleaning services.
- Inspect duct systems for airflow restrictions, damage, leakage, contamination, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify indoor air quality concerns and educate homeowners on available solutions.
- Maintain a high level of workmanship while protecting customer homes and property.
- HVAC System Exposure and Learning
- Develop a working knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, duct systems, airflow principles, ventilation, filtration, and indoor air quality products.
- Assist with basic duct modifications and repairs as needed.
- Participate in ride‑along, training opportunities, and field education to build HVAC technical knowledge.
