Hunt's Services is a locally owned business serving Pierce and King counties. We are competitively priced, fast and highly reviewed by our customers. Our 5 star service begins with our call center. We are seeking individuals capable of empathizing with customers who are sometimes facing their most challenging days. If you lead with empathy and have excellent customer service skills, we want YOU!

Competitive Wage: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, with monthly bonus incentives.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Consistently providing the highest level of customer service to our customers, both new and existing.
  • Responding to incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Directing phone calls to verify the accuracy of scheduling information.
  • Creating thorough documentation for technicians before they complete their assigned tasks.
  • Conducting follow-up calls with customers and assisting them with online scheduling.
  • Proficiently resolving issues and addressing problems as they arise.
  • Offering referrals as needed for services not offered within our scope.
  • Embrace training opportunities for growth within the company.
  • Engage in team building and weekly meetings.
  • Comfortable with prospecting and conducting outbound calls.
  • Meets monthly metrics.
  • Reports to the Call Center Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience as a customer service rep in a Call Center environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to defuse situations with disgruntled customers.
  • Driven and self-starter work ethic.
  • Experience in outbound calling is preferred.
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred.

Schedule:

Please note that this is an in-person position. This is NOT a hybrid or remote work schedule other than the on-call shifts.

Physical Requirements:

General office environment, with occasional outdoor exposure.
