Job Description:

Job Role: Static AC Engineer

Location: UCL London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Skills Required:

• Industry qualificationsincluding F-Gas
• Comprehensive workingexperience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
• A continuous history ofemployment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
• Other skills preferable, mechanical,basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability. Must have experience with AHU’s and FCU’s
• Ability to develop and bepartof a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
• Capable of building longterm relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can dowill do”.
• Flexible in approach tohours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, drivento identify and generate additional works / sales
• Provide technical support toadministration staff as required.

Job Duties:

• Carry out maintenance andreactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job taskson PDA including Risk Assessments
• Use client portal and CAFMsystem if required
• Provide Further worksreports where required
• Liaise with the clientconcerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managerswith relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of anysite or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts fromsupplier or head office where applicable
• Provide weekly timesheet tooffice on a Monday.
