Skills Required
- Possess relevant and up-to-date F-GAS and NVQ qualifications.
- Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
- A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
- Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plans.
- Ability to develop and be part of a team; manage own time, work and paperwork.
- Capable of building long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Positive attitude, ‘can do, will do’; flexible in approach to hours and problem-solving on site.
Job Duties
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site.
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA, including risk assessments.
- Provide further work reports where required.
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
- Use CAFM System as required.
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management.
- Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable.
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on Monday.
