Skills Required:
- Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications, including up to date Safe Handling 2079
- Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
- A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
- Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including VRF, VRVS, AHU’s, Coldroom’s and Specialist Refrigeration
- Ability to develop and be part of a team
- Manage own time, works and paperwork
- Capable of building long term relationships with clients both existing and prospective
- Positive attitude “can do will do”
- Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
- Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
- Provide technical support to administration staff as required
Job Duties:
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA, including Risk Assessments
- Provide further works reports where required
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
- Collect parts from supplier or head office where applicable
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
