We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager to shape an outstanding employee experience in our London office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll combine office operations, employee experience, and leadership support. You’ll work closely with HR and leadership, act as the heartbeat of the office, and help us create a seamless, welcoming, and high-performing workplace. You’ll also collaborate with our Frankfurt office to ensure consistency across EMEA.

Working model

  • Part-time role, London-based
  • Regular in-office presence required (minimum 2 days per week, aligned with business needs)

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a smooth, efficient and well-organised environment
  • Be the go-to person for employees, visitors, and external partners
  • Deliver engaging office initiatives and events, managing budgets effectively with HR guidance
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding (equipment, logistics, setup – with global IT support)
  • Manage vendors, office supplies, and services to keep everything running seamlessly
  • Act as liaison with building management and lead on health & safety compliance
  • Continuously improve processes, using tools and AI where possible to simplify and scale

Leadership & administrative support

  • Support senior leaders with scheduling, coordination, and key communications
  • Organise meetings, interviews, and events with a strong focus on experience and efficiency
  • Prepare materials and help drive follow-ups to keep things moving
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on interview coordination and candidate experience
