If so, we want you to join our innovative team as Director of Solution Advisory.

Our Solution Advisory team plays a pivotal role in driving success by partnering closely with our Sales teams to deliver tailored, impactful solutions to our customers.

As we expand our footprint across EMEA, we’re looking for a driven individual to help shape the future of our customer engagements.

This position will be working EMEA wide in deal engagement, with a focus on Northern Europe primarily.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the unique needs of our customers.

You’ll work closely with prospective and existing customers, gaining deep insights into their business objectives and crafting compelling solution strategies that demonstrate the value of our products.

This position does not include people management responsibilities.

We seek a candidate based within a commuting distance of London, willing to work from our central London office at least twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and prospects to understand their business goals and solution needs, ensuring our offerings align perfectly with their objectives.
  • Solution Design: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, lead solution workshops, and conduct in-depth studies that highlight the capabilities of our platform.
  • Sales Support: Partner closely with our field sales teams, contributing to Go-To-Market strategies and supporting them in closing key deals.
  • RFP/RFI Management: Take ownership of responding to RFPs/RFIs, showcasing our product’s strengths in a competitive landscape.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent our company at industry events, contribute to white papers, and participate in analyst briefings, positioning us as leaders in the field.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management to create impactful solution demos and to relay valuable customer insights for future product enhancements.

Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to engage with everyone from business users to C-level executives.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a pre-sales role, specializing in enterprise business solutions, where you excel at identifying customer needs and at tailoring/configuring solutions to demo specific use cases.
  • Technical Acumen: Proven ability to design functional enterprise applications, create compelling value propositions, and build solid business cases.
  • Adaptability: A quick learner who thrives under pressure, multitasks effortlessly, and excels in working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Travel: Ability to travel approx. 20-30% of the time to support customer engagements and events.
