What you will be doing:
- Design, build, and maintain robust end‑to‑end test suites for web and mobile (Playwright + Detox) that scale with every sprint
- Run manual exploratory sessions on new or high‑risk features, uncovering edge cases before users do
- Translate business requirements into crisp acceptance criteria, test cases, and BDD scenarios
- Collaborate with product, backend, mobile, and DevOps during planning, refinement, and daily stand‑ups
- Integrate tests within the CI/CD pipeline, hunt flaky failures, and champion test health metrics
- Track defects, craft clear test reports, and surface risks early to drive data‑driven decisions
- Review QA code, share knowledge, and mentor engineers on quality‑first thinking
- Create and refine testing guidelines and documentation so everyone can contribute to quality
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years in QA with a strong focus on front‑end automation (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
- Solid TypeScript skills and experience writing maintainable automated test suites
- Hands‑on API testing experience (REST/GraphQL; Postman or similar)
- Proven history with BDD and Agile delivery
- Collaborative spirit, curiosity, and a knack for tackling complex challenges
- Fluent English (B2+) and excellent communication
