About BeOne: We are building a next generation neobank that combines multi-currency accounts, low-cost FX, seamless P2P and external payments, and connectivity to regulated partners for managing fiat, stock, and crypto portfolios. As we scale across multiple regions, compliance and regulation are central to our success.
The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager – Compliance to lead the compliance squad and own the roadmap for regulatory and operational integrity. This is a key role within our product organization, responsible for building and maintaining systems that ensure we meet regulatory requirements across regions, while enabling fast, scalable product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the compliance product roadmap: Define, prioritize, and deliver product features and systems that support regulatory and compliance obligations, working closely with Legal, Operations, and Risk teams.
- Lead the compliance squad: Manage a cross-functional squad (engineering, QA, design) to ship features like KYC/AML processes, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, audit logs, and data retention tooling.
- Support market expansion: Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Compliance and Compliance Leads, and regional teams to localize compliance features for new markets, including rule-based logic and regional variations.
- Integrate 3rd party tools: Identify and manage integrations with providers for such as KYC/AML, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and reporting platforms.
- Work across teams: Partner with Payments, Account Infrastructure, and other squads to embed compliance across core user flows like onboarding, transfers, currency conversion, and wallet access.
- Operational efficiency: Build tools and dashboards to help Compliance and Ops teams manage cases, conduct investigations, and meet reporting obligations at scale.
- Policy-Product alignment: Together with the compliance team, translate compliance policies into executable product features, ensuring ongoing adaptability to regulatory changes.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or regtech.
- Deep understanding of compliance domains such as KYC, AML, fraud, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
- Track record working with platforms that support fiat, crypto and stablecoins.
- Proven experience shipping compliance or risk-related products at scale.
- Experience working with or integrating 3rd party compliance tools and APIs (e.g., Sumsub, ComplyAdvantage, Chainalysis, Alloy, etc.).
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, MAS, EU AMLD, PSD2, MICA etc.).
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear user stories and deliverables.
- Agile mindset with the ability to manage backlogs, lead ceremonies, and align delivery with strategic outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across squads and business units.

- Experience in launching products across multiple geographies and adapting compliance tooling to local regulations.
- Understanding of crypto compliance and VASP requirements.
- Experience in a neobank, digital payments platform, or embedded finance provider.

- Second interview: (Team Culture Check) - 45 min: A meeting to evaluate the candidate’s compatibility with the team’s culture, collaboration style and communication skills.
- Final Interview: (with BeOne Head of Product and VP of Product) - 1.5 hrs: A comprehensive interview with the HoP of BeOne to assess the candidate’s capabilities, long-term vision and potential impact on the company’s success.
