Position
Overview: We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or a Head of Finance to lead Admi Trade's financial management and fundraising efforts.
The CFO will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to secure capital for growth, optimize financial operations, oversee compliance with financial regulations, and support the company's strategic expansion plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising (especially from VCs, strategic investors, and institutional partners) and finance leadership within fintech, trading, or crypto industries.

Responsibilities: Fundraising: Lead equity and debt fundraising efforts to secure capital for platform growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with VCs, strategic investors, family offices, and institutional investors.
Develop investment materials (pitch decks, financial models, due diligence packages) in collaboration with the CEO.
Manage investor communications and reporting.
