Job Title: Junior Producer

Company: Iceni Studios

Location: Ladbroke Grove, London

Job Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a Junior Producer to come on board and join our small but growing team, based out of our office in Ladbroke Grove, London.

About Iceni

We’re a tight-knit team driven by our shared passion for storytelling and film making. Since our

inception in 2019, we’ve been dedicated to bringing our clients’ visions to life through the art of

visual storytelling. Our mission is straightforward: to create compelling content that resonates with

audiences across diverse fields.

As an ambitious studio, we focus on building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring every

project gets the care and attention it needs. A personalised approach and collaborative spirit

has helped us form lasting partnerships with esteemed clients such as Starling Bank, Boden, and

Dishoom, who, in turn, inspire us to continually strive for excellence and innovation in our work.

As a small team, we’re able to offer an immersive and hands-on experience to whoever comes

to work with us. We have some really exciting growth opportunities ahead, meaning we often are

required to work quickly and think on our feet. We’ve developed a supportive work environment

which allows us to operate in the way we do and pivot as a team when needed.

We work on everything from nationwide billboard campaigns through to intimate social media

content. Our work takes us to all sorts of places, whether it be around the UK or further afield to

New York or the Cannes Lions Festival.

Why We Need You

We’re a full-time team of five, always excited to take on new and creative projects. With some incredible opportunities on the horizon, we’re ready to expand our team and welcome new talent. We see you working closely with the studio team to help manage workflows, whilst also being in regular contact with clients. This is an exciting time to join us, as we continue to push boundaries and bring fresh, impactful ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a versatile Junior Producer to join our current team of five.

As a Junior Producer at Iceni, you’ll be enthusiastic, creative, thrive in a fast-paced environment and eager to broaden your skill set, assisting on a wide range of tasks. You’ll be approachable, communicative and proud of your work, meaning our team and our clients love working with you.

You will work with the team to bring our clients’ visions to life, from concept development to final delivery. You’ll be good at managing conflicting demands and be a trusted point of contact internally and externally.

When required, you’ll also be responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing communication with clients and other external parties to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely fashion.

As a business, we pride ourselves on our ability to understand creative requests, needs and constraints without necessarily having them spelt out to us. As a new member of the team, you’ll be learning to understand and interpret clients and team members’ thoughts as well as bringing your own ideas to the table.

An eye for detail and excellent project management skills are also important. You’ll need to be able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in what can at times be an extremely fast-paced environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must when it comes to collaborating effectively. Developing an understanding of industry-standard softwares and tools will be crucial in allowing you to liaise effectively with crew and clients, as well as the ability to thrive in a small team environment where roles may overlap, and responsibilities may vary.

Attributes

Enthusiastic about Iceni, the diverse range of clients we work with and projects we work on.

Excited about being part of a dynamic and growing company, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives to our creative endeavours.

Interested in the industry as a whole, the type of clients we work with, their projects and objectives.

Motivated by helping to grow a business, achieving fantastic results for clients and maintaining a positive and enjoyable studio environment for the team.

Keen to learn about industry trends, technologies, best practices and skill development.

Optimistic and upbeat in your approach to daily tasks and challenges, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Organised and efficient in managing tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project workflows and timely delivery.

Thorough in reviewing project details and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Calm and able to prioritise effectively when deadlines are tight and the team is juggling multiple projects at different stages.

Persistent when it comes to all aspects of your role, particularly at times when things don’t go to plan.

Friendly and approachable to potential clients, current clients, team members and external suppliers.

Working at Iceni

This is a full-time position, based at our offices in Ladbroke Grove, London.

We offer 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays.

As a film production company, we are required to be on set on a regular basis in order to create work for our clients. This role will require regular ad-hoc travel within London, the UK and on occasion, abroad too. Where travel is involved, hours may vary and can be disruptive to personal schedules, meaning a willingness for a varied routine is necessary.

You will also need to have a full UK driving license in order to be able to drive the company vehicle to and from some shoots.

Due to the stage we’re at as a business, this role has the potential to adapt and move in the direction most suited to you. We are also advocates of skill progression and are dedicated to furthering our team’s abilities in the areas they are interested in.

If you are interested in the role and are eager to contribute to a thriving studio, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your CV, cover letter, and a link to your portfolio to hello@icenistudios.com.

While credentials are valuable, we believe that finding someone who shares our values, has the

right attitude, and is eager to learn is what matters most. If you feel this role is for you, but you don’t

meet every requirement listed, we’d still love you to get in touch.
