Responsibilities

  • Support learning and development of pupils in the primary academy by giving individual and group assistance.
  • Assist pupils on an individual basis, in small groups and whole class work, tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective strategies that support children's learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with young people and children.
  • Understanding of child development and ways children learn.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to relate well to visitors, staff, and students.
