Responsibilities
- Support learning and development of pupils in the primary academy by giving individual and group assistance.
- Assist pupils on an individual basis, in small groups and whole class work, tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective strategies that support children's learning and development.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people and children.
- Understanding of child development and ways children learn.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to relate well to visitors, staff, and students.
