What you’ll do:

  • Complex diary management, meeting preparation and room bookings
  • Support Directors with expenses, travel, accommodation & visas
  • Coordinate supplier meetings, meet & greet, arrange lunches and dinners
  • Take minutes, track actions, prep agendas & share key documents
  • Manage new starter/leaver processes and keep departmental info up to date
  • Raise POs, maintain stationery, monitor mailboxes
  • Event management – offsites, team socials and supplier events

What you’ll bring:

  • Commercial experience within a PA/Executive Assistant role, including complex diary management
  • Strong accuracy, organisation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Friendly, flexible and proactive
  • Admin/secretarial qualification is desirable, but not essential
  • Full, clean driving licence
