What you’ll do:
- Complex diary management, meeting preparation and room bookings
- Support Directors with expenses, travel, accommodation & visas
- Coordinate supplier meetings, meet & greet, arrange lunches and dinners
- Take minutes, track actions, prep agendas & share key documents
- Manage new starter/leaver processes and keep departmental info up to date
- Raise POs, maintain stationery, monitor mailboxes
- Event management – offsites, team socials and supplier events
What you’ll bring:
- Commercial experience within a PA/Executive Assistant role, including complex diary management
- Strong accuracy, organisation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Friendly, flexible and proactive
- Admin/secretarial qualification is desirable, but not essential
- Full, clean driving licence
