We are the fastest growing multi-channel Retailer in the UK and as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024, we believe that there is no better place to excel in your career as a Store Manager.

We work hard to deliver industry‑leading service to our customers and we are deeply passionate about our products and store offering. We have immense pride in our strong ethics, our ‘feels like family’ ethos and our commitment to ‘Doing It Right’ across every aspect of our business. Whether it be through the incredible work our teams do to support Iceland Charitable Foundation or our ongoing commitment to helping the planet, we live and breathe our values every day in store life.

Our business is continuing to grow, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic and supportive leaders and role models, who are always ready to go the extra mile. As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team.
