We understand that success is achieved through our people, and we are searching for an experienced and dynamic Cyber Security Operations Manager to join our Cyber Security team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Cyber Security and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operational security activities that protect Iceland's systems and data. This includes managing security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and ensuring operational processes are effective and aligned with best practices.
This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across IT and business teams. You will manage a team of security analysts ensuring that threats are identified and mitigated promptly. This role is based in our Deeside head office, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent working from here.

- Knowledge of threat intelligence and proactive threat hunting.
