As Duty Manager you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a ÂŁ2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximise profit: Have a clear focus on delivering great availability for your customers. Play an active role in your store to “sell a £1 & save a £1” to help drive sales. Deliver on all agreed actions set for you by your line manager.
- Engage, develop & retain great people: Proactively support and work with the Talking Shop Rep in your store. Support team engagement in your store. Play a part in creating an inclusive culture where everyone can be their best. Take a proactive approach to personal development and share your own knowledge to support up-skilling the team.
- Doing the right processes and doing them right: Complete any actions set for you by your line manager on the back of the daily floor walk focusing on what the customer sees. A positive approach to service, both in store and at the doorstep always aiming to be the best.
