What’s the role?
As a Graduate Buyer, you’ll be at the heart of Iceland Foods. Over two years, you’ll rotate through our Frozen, Grocery, and Chilled departments, gaining hands-on experience and real responsibility. From day one, you’ll:
- Own a multimillion-pound category (with guidance from Senior Buyers)
- Negotiate with suppliers and drive profitable sales growth
- Forecast, plan, and deliver within our Buying framework
- Influence product ranges and help shape what goes on our shelves
